开关电容单相九电平逆变器及其调制策略

摘要:
提出一种基于开关电容技术的单相九电平逆变器,该逆变器由开关电容网络、辅助双向开关以及全桥单元组成。通过电源与电容的串并联转换,该逆变器能够以较少的功率器件产生更多的输出电平,简化了拓扑结构,降低了系统成本,并且该逆变器单电源输入的特点拓宽了其应用范围。该逆变器控制简单,不需要额外的均压电路及复杂的控制回路即可实现电容电压的平衡。详细论述了逆变器的工作原理、调制方案、电容参数设计原则以及拓扑对比分析。最后,通过实验对所提逆变器的稳态性能、动态性能及其并网工作性能进行验证分析,证明了该逆变器结构及其调制方案的正确性与可行性。

Single-phase nine-level inverter based on switched capacitor and its control strategy

Abstract:
A single-phase nine-level inverter based on switched capacitor technology is proposed, which is composed of switched capacitor structure, auxiliary bidirectional switch and H-bridge unit. Through the series-parallel conversion of power supply and capacitor, the inverter can generate more output levels with fewer switching devices, which simplifies topology structure and reduces system cost. Moreover, the characteristic of single power input of the inverter broadens its application scope. The control of inverter is simple, and the capacitor voltage can be balanced without additional voltage equalizing circuit and complex control circuit. The working principle, modulation scheme, design principle of capacitance parameters and topological comparison analysis for the inverter are discussed in detail. Finally, the steady-state, dynamic and grid-connected performance of the proposed inverter are verified by experiments, which proves the correctness and feasibility of inverter structure and its modulation scheme.
