电力物联网技术标准体系初探

摘要:
电力物联网(PIoT)是实现万物互联共享、全面协同可持续的电力产业升级变革的有效途径,是推动智能电网向透明电网和零边际成本电网有序演化的可行方案。为了推进PIoT标准体系建设、指导PIoT相关技术和产业发展,从物联网、智能电网、可再生能源、电网互联、电力信息通信5个方面对PIoT相关标准现状进行了梳理概括,结合PIoT标准体系建设的需求和原则,设计了PIoT标准体系的构建方法;初步提出了包括通用共性标准、感知控制域、物联集总域、网络通信域、用户域5个专业领域,16个子域及41个标准系列的四层级PIoT标准体系构架;围绕行业发展的态势、方向,为PIoT标准化工作的实施和推进给出了合理化的建议。

Abstract:
PIoT(Power Internet of Things) is an effective way to realize the extensive participation and sharing, comprehensive and sustainable upgrading of the power industry, and is a feasible solution to promote the orderly evolution of smart grid to transparent power grid and zero-marginal cost power grid. In order to promote the construction of PIoT standard framework and guide the development of technologies and industries relating to PIoT, the status quo of PIoT relevant standards is summarized from five aspects of IoT(Internet of Things),smart grid, renewable energy, grid interconnection and power information communication. The construction method of PIoT standard framework is designed combined with the requirements and principles of PIoT standard framework construction. A four-level PIoT standard architecture is proposed, which is consisted of 16 sub-domains and 41 standard series attaching to five professional fields including general commonality standard domain, perceptual control domain, IoT lumped domain, internetwork communication domain and user domain. According to the development trend and direction of the industry, the reasonable suggestions for the implementation and promotion of PIoT standardization are given.
