含柔性变电站的交直流配电网分布式优化调度方法

摘要:
考虑到集中优化方法存在计算成本高、通信负担重的缺陷,基于分布式管理思路提出一种含柔性变电站的交直流配电网分布式优化调度方法。首先,将含柔性变电站的交直流配电网系统解耦为中压交流子系统、中压直流子系统、低压交流子系统、低压直流子系统和柔性变电站子系统等可独立优化调度的子系统,并建立各子系统的二阶锥优化调度模型;然后,采用目标级联法实现交直流配电网优化调度模型在各个子系统中的分布式迭代计算;最后,通过仿真算例验证所提方法的有效性和准确性,在满足交直流配电网整体运行约束的条件下,交直流配电网实现了整体最优运行。

Abstract:
Considering the drawbacks of high calculation cost and heavy communication burden of centralized optimization method, a distributed optimal dispatching method for AC/DC distribution network with flexible substations is proposed based on the distributed management idea. Firstly, the AC/DC distribution network with flexible substations is decoupled into several independently optimized subsystems, including medium-voltage AC subsystem, medium-voltage DC subsystem, low-voltage AC subsystem, low-voltage DC subsystem and flexible substation subsystem, and the second-order cone optimization models of all subsystems are built. Secondly, the analysis target cascading is used to realize distributed iterative calculation of each subsystem. Finally, the simulation case is utilized to verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method, and the simulative results show that the global optimal operation of AC/DC distribution network can be achieved in condition of satisfying its whole operation constraints.
