配电网单相接地故障柔性自适应消弧新方法

摘要:
针对已有消弧柜和柔性电压消弧技术未考虑故障线路阻抗压降问题,提出基于故障点处电压抑制的配电网单相接地故障柔性电压消弧新方法。通过2次注入补偿电流计算中性点至故障点压降,再调控零序电压至该压降,将故障点处电压抑制为0。为防止2次注入任意电流导致接地故障电流增大的问题,提出将柔性电流消弧法作为柔性电压消弧新方法投入前的过渡。考虑故障相误选的影响,提出故障选相新方法,推导了单相接地故障后的零序电压与故障相电源电压的相位关系,通过相位比对选出故障相。最后,结合柔性电压消弧法自适应线路参数变化的优点,提出以柔性电压消弧新方法为主,柔性电流消弧法为短时先导的柔性自适应消弧方法。仿真结果验证了所提方法的有效性。

Novel flexible and adaptive arc suppression method for single-phase grounding fault in distribution network

Abstract:
To solve the problem that the existing arc suppression cabinet and flexible voltage arc suppression technology do not consider the impedance voltage drop of the fault line, a novel flexible voltage arc suppression method by voltage suppression at fault point for single-phase grounding fault in distribution network is proposed. The voltage drop from the neutral point to the fault point is calculated by injecting compensating current twice. Then the zero-sequence voltage is controlled to this voltage drop to suppress the voltage at the fault point to zero. In order to prevent the increase of grounding fault current caused by the biannual current with arbitrary values, the flexible current arc suppression method is taken as the transition before the novel flexible voltage arc suppression method is put into operation. Considering the influence of false selection of fault phase, a novel fault phase selection method is proposed. The phase relationship between the zero-sequence voltage and the fault phase power supply voltage after the single-phase grounding fault is calculated. The fault phase is selected by phase comparison. Finally, combining with the advantages of flexible voltage arc suppression method adapting to the variation of line parameters, the flexible adaptive arc suppression method is proposed, which is mainly based on the novel flexible voltage arc suppression method and takes flexible current arc suppression method as a short-term pilot. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulative results.
