基于零序电压有源调控的发电机定子接地故障消弧方法及保护对策

摘要:
瞬时性接地故障易威胁发电机安全运行,造成巨大经济损失。传统的消弧线圈和大电阻消弧效果有限,因此在发电机中性点引入零序电压调控的有源消弧装置。分析表明接地故障发生后,根据故障定位结果在中性点注入电流可以精确地补偿故障点电压至0,从而使接地故障电流降为0,达到消弧的目的。为防止消弧过程中性点零序电压抬升导致发电机零序电压保护误动,提出了一种故障辨别方法,通过减小注入电流,根据中性点零序电压和零序电流的基波分量的变化分辨瞬时性接地故障。所提消弧方法和保护对策可维持发电机可靠不停电运行,保证系统供电可靠性。PSCAD/EMTDC仿真结果表明所提消弧方法和保护对策具有较高的准确性与实用性。

Abstract:
Transient grounding fault can easily threaten the safe operation of generators and cause huge economic losses. Traditional arc suppression coils and large resistance arc suppression have limited effects. Therefore, an active arc suppression device with zero-sequence voltage regulation is introduced at the neutral point of the generator. The analysis shows that after grounding fault occurs, injecting current at the neutral point according to the fault locating result can accurately compensate the voltage of fault point to zero, thus reducing the grounding fault current to 0, and achieving the purpose of arc suppression. In order to prevent the malfunction of generator zero-sequence voltage protection caused by the rise of the neutral point zero-sequence voltage during the arc suppression process, a fault identification method is proposed. By reducing the injected current, the instantaneous grounding fault can be distinguished according to the fundamental frequency component changes of the neutral point zero-sequence voltage and the zero-sequence current. The proposed arc suppression method and protection countermeasures can maintain the reliable operation of the generator without power failure, and ensure the reliability of the system power supply. Simulative results with PSCAD/EMTDC show that the proposed arc suppression method and protection countermeasures have high accuracy and practicability.
