考虑新增电动汽车充放电中断风险的聚合商调频辅助服务投标策略

摘要:
针对部分新增电动汽车(EV)用户主观中断充放电给聚合商带来的违约风险,充分考虑聚合商控制度与用户满意度之间的矛盾关系,提出了一种考虑新增EV充放电中断风险的聚合商调频辅助服务投标策略。首先,在聚合商与交易中心互动流程的基础上,提出多级别EV充放电控制度的分析方法,采用Stevens定律确定调频辅助服务补贴价格与用户响应率之间的关系,并基于蒙特卡罗法建立不同控制度下EV充放电响应容量的评估模型;然后,考虑EV中断退出风险,提出基于条件风险价值的中断退出风险评估方法,以聚合商净收益最大为目标,建立计及中断退出风险的聚合商投标决策模型,并采用MATLAB中的YALMIP、CPLEX工具箱进行求解;最后,以日前24 h调频辅助服务市场中某EV聚合商对目标资源投标为算例,验证所提投标决策模型的有效性。

Frequency regulation auxiliary service bidding strategy for aggregators considering charging and discharging interruption risk of newly added electric vehicles

Abstract:
Aiming at the default risk of aggregators caused by the subjective charging and discharging interruption of some newly added EV(Electric Vehicle) users, a frequency regulation auxiliary service bidding strategy for aggregators considering the charging and discharging interruption risk of newly added EVs is proposed by fully considering the contradictory relationship between aggregators’ control degree and users’ satisfaction degree. Firstly, based on the interaction process between aggregators and trading center, the analysis method of charging and discharging control degree for multiple types of EVs is proposed. Stevens law is adopted to determine the relationship between the subsidy price of frequency regulation auxiliary service and response rate of users, and the evaluation model of EV charging and discharging response capacity under different control degrees is established based on Monte Carlo method. Then, considering the interruption exit risk of EVs, the assessment method of interruption exit risk based on CVaR(Conditional Value at Risk) is proposed. With the goal of maximizing aggregators’ net income, the bidding decision model of aggregators considering the interruption exit risk is established, which is solved by YALMIP and CPLEX toolbox in MATLAB. Finally, taking an EV aggregator bidding on target resources in the day-ahead 24 h frequency regulation auxiliary service market as an example, the validity of the proposed bidding decision model is verified.
