考虑时空特性及时间成本的电动汽车有序充放电策略

摘要:
提出了一种充分考虑不同车型电动汽车(EV)时空特性及车主出行时间便利性的EV有序充放电策略。考虑不同车型的时空特性、电池特性及用户心理特性,建立了EV时空出行特性模型;在综合考虑EV时空特性及车主出行时间成本的基础上,以车主充电成本最小为目标,为车主提供最佳的充电站选择及充放电方案,并计算有序/无序充放电方案的充电成本;车主通过对比2种方案的费用、充放电完成时间等信息自行选择方案,以实现充电站内的EV有序充放电。对多种情景下有序/无序充电方式的经济效益及EV充电负荷进行仿真计算,结果表明所提充放电策略在降低车主充电成本、提升充电站收益的同时提升了充电桩的利用率,且通过削峰填谷缓解了电网的压力。

Abstract:
An orderly charging and discharging strategy of EV(Electric Vehicle) that fully considers the spatial and temporal characteristic of different EV types and the travel time convenience of vehicle owners is proposed. Considering the spatio-temporal characteristics, battery characteristics and user’s psychological characteristics of different vehicle types, the model of EV spatio-temporal travel characteristic is established. Based on the comprehensive consideration of EV spatio-temporal characteristic and travel time cost of vehicle owners, the best charging station selection, charging and discharging scheme are provided for vehicle owners with the goal of minimizing charging cost of vehicle owners, meanwhile the charging cost of orderly/disorderly charging and discharging scheme is calculated. By comparing the cost and completion time of charging and discharging of the two cases, vehicle owners can choose their own schemes to achieve orderly charging and discharging of EV in charging stations. The economic revenue and EV charging load of orderly/disorderly charging modes under a variety of conditions are simulated and calculated, and the results show that the proposed charging and discharging strategy can reduce the charging cost of vehicle owners, improve the revenue of charging station and increase the utilization rate of charging piles, and relieve the pressure of power grid through peak load shaving.
