计及源网荷交互影响的区域电网热稳安全供电区间计算方法

摘要:
新能源和负荷的不确定性与输电通道的潮流转移存在交互影响,区域电网供电能力呈现出强不确定性的特点。提出一种计及源网荷交互影响的区域电网热稳安全供电区间计算模型及其求解方法。采用安全供电区间来描述区域电网供电能力的分布范围,考虑新能源和负荷的不确定性,建立区域电网热稳安全供电区间的线性化模型。在输电通道安全运行约束中考虑可中断负荷参与调控的影响,挖掘区域电网的供电能力。实际电网的算例结果表明,不同源荷分布下的供电能力分布在一个较宽的范围,可中断负荷的分布和容量均对供电能力影响较大,验证了所提模型的正确性。

Abstract:
There exists interaction between the uncertainty of renewable energy and load and power flow transfer of transmission channel, the power supply capability of regional power grid shows the characteristic of strong uncertainty. The calculation model and its solution method of thermal stability secure power supply interval of regional power grid are proposed considering source-grid-load interaction. The secure power supply interval is adopted to describe the distribution range of power supply capability of regional power grid, considering the uncertainty of renewable energy and load, a linearized model of thermal stability secure power supply interval of regional power grid is established. The influence of interruptible load participating in the dispatch and control is considered in the secure operation constraints of transmission channel to excavate the power supply capability of regional power grid. The case results of a practical power grid show that the power supply capability distributes in a large range under different source-load distributions, the location and capacity of interruptible load both have large influence on power supply capability, verifying the correctness of the proposed model.
