自适应式电流速断保护方案

摘要:
根据电力系统故障的特点,利用负序突变器,求解出系统的综合阻抗,即确定性故障前系统的运行方式,利用两相故障和三相故障的区别,求解出系统的故障类型系数。在此基础上,对电流速断保护的整定值进行自适应的调整,这样,电流速断保护能自动地判别系统的运行方式和系统发生故障的类型,保护范围不受故障类型影响,只与当时系统的综合阻抗与输电线的阻抗之有关,保护总是处于最佳动作动态。

Abstract:
According to the characteristic of power system fault,the suddenly changed negative sequence component is used to solve synthesized impedance of system,namely to define the pre fault system operating condition.At the same time,the difference between three phase fault and two phase fault is used to calculate the fault type coefficient.Based on these calculations,the scheme adjusts the setting of the instantaneous current relay,which can automatically distinguish system operating condition and fault type.The sensitivity is not subjected to the fault type but related to the ratio of the synthesized impedance and the protected line impedance.The protection fits itself in an advantageous position.
