| 目前在各级电力部门中，ＳＣＡＤＡ系统在开发上已成熟，并被广泛地应用，若能有效地利用现有ＳＣＡＤＡ系统的数据，满足电网市场化运营的考核要求，则有广泛的社会经济意义。介绍了基于ＳＣＡＤＡ系统通用型商商业化运营系统，具有相对独立性，既可以方便地与国内现有的各种ＳＣＡＤＡ系统接口，又对ＳＣＡＤＡ系统的正常运行无任何影响，具有通用性、灵活性和开放性。 |

| Abstract: |
| With the development of electrical power system,it is necessary to manage electricity in commercial operation. On the other hand, well developed SCADA are now widely applied in all level electricity management departments. It is obviously significant on society and economy that the electricity management can be based on processing the data obtained from SCADA. A general and relatively independently commercial electricity operation system is introduced. It can be easily linked with SCADA and have no any negative effect on its normal running. The system is good in generalization, flexibility and opening. |
