介绍了用于东北电力系统铁岭发电感和的WAW-1型安全稳定紧急控制装置的原理及算法。装置采用了Eq恒定的发电机模型,自动判别发电厂机组及电厂直接出线的运行方式及状态,自适应地完成玫与系统间静态稳定储务示足报警;预测扰动后系统的暂态不稳定性;实时计算为维持暂态稳定需要的切机控制量。对于中长期摇摆而造成的动态不稳定配置了经过Xd补偿后的视在电阻检测的失步解列控制。该原理和算法用于可等值为单机无穷大母线的 |
