| 摘要: |
| 通过分析关口电量计量系统和居民用户集中抄表系统的发展现状和的问题，提出了信息时代的关口电能计量和集中抄表系统的发展模式，对一系统的系统组成、网络结构以及ＲＴＵ的功能设置提出了建议，在计量系统中逐步电能信息发布、电子商务（ＥＤＩ）以及Ｗｅｂ浏览器技术。强调了计量系统网络安全的重要性，提出了保证网络安全的几条措施。 |

| Abstract: |
| The existing problems in electric energy gateway metering systems and centralized meter reading systems are summarized.Their future model in the age of information,including system structure,network structure,RTU functions,electric energy information issuing system,EDI and Web Browser application,is proposed.The safety of the electric energy metering system is emphasized.Some measures to guarantee the network safety are presented. |
