基于GIS 信息的10 kV电网继保整定值计算系统

介绍了利用计算机系统在数据管理上的优势来进行电力系统保护整定值的计算,系统包括GIS接口号一值计算基础系统、数据库管理系统及其接哭喊一部分。用户可以在GIS接口直接操作数据库及启动整定值计算。整定值计算有线路整定、电容器整定等。在GIS接口上分析电网的拓扑结构信息,并利用数据库中相应的数据即可进行整定值计算,采用了ODBC技术从数据据库茆以数据,可以改进系统的可移植性,使数据库中的数据能被其它程序

Abstract:
The system takes the advantage of computer in data management to calculate the settings of power system protection. It includes three parts: GIS interface, setting calculation base system, database management system and its interface. User can access the database and start setting calculation directly. The setting calculation base system contains several sub parts, such as line setting, capacitor setting and so on. By analyzing the topological information of power network on GIS interface and utilizing the relative data in database the setting calculation can be done. The ODBC (Open DataBase Connectivity) technique is adopted for data retrieve from database; it improves system transplant ability and makes the database data can be shared by other programs.
