| 介绍了在ＴＨＤＳ－１００电网调度自动化系统中的语音报警技术的设计思路和关键技术。在语音应用了ＷｉｎｄｏｗｓＮＴ中强大的多线程和多媒体技术，保证了故障反应实时性的同时，取代了以往调度自动化系统中单高的故障信号，使得调度员在电风发生故障时，能更加快捷、方便地了解各种信息，加快了事故的处理。 |

| The design idea and pivotal technology of the real time phonetic alarm applied in THDS?100 dispatch automation system is introduced.The phonetic alarm adopts the powerful multithread and multimedia technology of Windows NT,guarantees the real time response to fault and replaces the drab signal alarm of the preceding dispatch automation systems.Dispatchers can comprehend all kinds of related information more quickly and more conveniently when faults occur.So this kind of phonetic alarm system speeds up the fault elimination process and cuts down dispatcher workload. |
