| 地理信息系统（ＧＩＳ）是在计算机软硬件技术支持下支集，存储，管理，检索和综合分析各种地理空间信息，以多种形式输出数据与图形产品的计算机系统。介绍了ＧＩＳ的数据组织及其在配电网自动化中的主要应用，包括离线和在线两方面。提出了基于组件的系统开发模式及建立ＷｅｂＧＩＳ的必要性和可行性。 |

| Abstract: |
| GIS is a computer system which collects, stores,manages,searches and synthetically analyses all kinds of geographic space information, and outputs multiform data and graphic products. The GIS data organization and its main offline and online applications in power distribution automation are introduced. A system development model based on groupwares is presented and the necessity and feasibibilty of building a WebGIS is given. |
