配电网自动化及其实现

摘要:
通过对比电力系统早期的弧岛自动化,综述了基于信息技术的配电网自动化的基本功能和意义。针对配电网自动化的关键问题-通信技术,重点讨论了网络化配电载波技术(NDLC)的可行性和可靠性,光纤和配电载波将成为通信方式;配电网自动化系统在很大程度上将改善配电网的运行状态,更好地实现资源的综合利用。介绍了网络化配电载波的现场实验结果,从理论分析到实验证明,是可行的、经济的。

Abstract:
Comparing with the early isolated automation, the basic function and significance of power distribution automation is introduced, which is based on IT. The emphasis is placed on the feasibility and reliability discussion of net based distribution line carrier (NDLC)technique,since communication technology is the key to distribution automation. FO and NDLC will become the main communication pattern, and distribution automation system will greatly improve the operational state of power network and realize the better use of resources. The results of NDLC field test are given, which show that it is feasible and economic from theoretic analysis and test.
