摘要:
介绍了一个适用于35kV和10kV系统开关柜的微机测控系统,它能针对不同的开关柜实施测量、保护、监控、显示、通信,并对运行的实时信息进行记录、故障录波和测距。介绍了该系统的硬件结构及测量和保护采用的算法。对算法误差作了分析讨论,并针对具体误差采取了不同的对策。实验数据图表表明,采用文中所述各种对策后,精度得到了保证。

Abstract:
A microcomputer based measuring and control system of 35 kV and 10 kV switch cabinets is presented,which carries out the tasks of measuring,protection,monitoring,control,display and communication according to different switch cabinet.It records real time operating data and fault data,it also locates the fault.The system HW structure and the algorithms used in measuring and protection are introduced.The algorithm errors are analyzed and different countermeasures are taken.The chart of experimental data shows that the precision is ensured with these countermeasures applied.
