发电厂/变电站监控系统远动功能设计方案

摘要:
微处理机技术和计算机网络技术的迅速发展及其应用水平的提高,给发电厂网控室及变电站电气二次线设计带来了新的变革。与此同时,发电厂/变电站的远动化设计也发生了相应的变化。针对目前国内发电厂网控室及变电站采用监控系统的几种模式和结构形式进行了分析比较,重点论述了监控系统中实现远动功能的设计方案及对监控系统设计的要求。

Abstract:
The rapid development and increased application level of microprocessor technology and computer network technology bring on a new innovation to electric secondary line design of power plant's grid control room and substation.The telecontrol design of power plant and substation has relevant changes too.Several modes and structures of supervisory control system are analyzed and compared,which are currently applied in power plant's grid control room and substation of China.The design scheme used in the supervisory control system for realizing telecontrol functions and the design requirements for it are emphasized.
