| 在电能管理系统的建设中，往往忽视对数据源设备－－电能表的革新。对电子集中式电能表进行了技术分析，并结合电能管理，从功能、可靠性、网络通信效率、成本、复费率等方面论述了电子集中式电能表的优势，从而提出数字化、软件化和集中化的网络电表系统是电能表改革的方向。 |

| Abstract: |
| In the establishment of electric energy management system, the innovation of data source equipment, electric power meter,is always neglected. The technical analysis of centralized electronic kilowatt hour meter is carried out. Combined with the electric energy management,its advantages in functionality, reliability, network communication efficiency,cost and multi rate are explained. The conclusion is that the digitalization,centralization and intelligentization are the direction of kilowatt hour meter innovation. |
