就电力负荷短期预测工作引入了热指数指标,它来源于生物气象学的统计结果,是人体感受气温和空气相对湿度综合作用的一组统计数据,推导出热指数在工程应用中的拟合函数,并应用于电力负荷短期预测工作中。热指数能更好地体现电力负荷和气象条件之间的关系,因此提高了电力负荷短期预测的准确度。 |

Abstract: |
The heat index is introduced into short term electric load forecasting. It is the statistic result of biometeorology, which reflects the effect of air temperature and air relative humidity on man's sense. The imitation function of heat index used in engineering applications is derived and applied to the short term electric load forecasting. The heat index represents better the relationship between electric power load and weather conditions and it increases the veracity of short term electric load forecasting. |
