变电站电压无功控制研究

摘要:
提出了一个变电站电压无功综合控制专家系统。以运行状态辩识及专家经验为知识库,将统计用于推理策略,能有效地防止因系统扰动或负荷短时突变导联电容器组开关、主变压器分接开关频繁动作,或在临界区域调节振荡。该专家系统既可单独使用,又可作为变电站综合自动化的重要组成部分。

Abstract:
An expert system of voltage and reactive power control for substation is presented.The knowledge base includes operating state discrimination and expert experience,the statistical method is used in reasoning machine.It can be used to prevent the frequent motion of shunt capacitor switch and power transformer's step switch,or the regulating oscillation in critical zone,caused by power system disturbance on load sudden change.It can be used not only independently,but also as an important part of substation automation.
