| 对发电厂在“厂网分开、竞价上网”新营运模式下自动发电控制（AGC）的实施方式作了探讨，这是一种以独立发电公司为单元的，以负荷经济分配为基础的新的电网调度形式。通过分析当前AGC方式及发电机组最新的控制水平，介绍了有杉实时的厂级监控信息SIS系统，实现实时成本核算和竞价上网，完成机组经济负荷调度AGC的方法。在新营运模式下，电网调度AGC对一个独立发电公司进行实时负荷指令，需要经过电厂经济负荷分配再落实到每台机组。 |

| Abstract: |
| The practice of AGC in the new operation mode of "separating from and bidding on power net "of power plant is discussed.It is a new power net dispatch mode,which takes the independent power plant as a unit and the economic load distribution as basis.The current AGC mode and the latest control level of generator set are analyzed and the unit economic load dispatch AGC method is introduced, which adopts real time Supervisory Information System(SIS) to realize real time cost calculation and net bidding.In the new operation mode,the power net dispatch AGC gives the real time load order to an independent power plant,and it will be distributed to each unit after economic load distribution of power plant. |
