摘要:
市场经济的不断完善,如何协调供电系统可靠性和经济性变得越来越重要。在引入满意度模糊概念的基础上,结合遗传模拟退火算法,提出了一种用于综合协调电网规划中经济性和可靠性矛盾的电网规划方案,综合平衡了供电方和用户方之间公共的最大满意度。

Abstract:
Along with the unceasing perfectness of market economy,the coordination of investment and reliability in power network planning becomes increasingly important.Based on the introduction of fuzzy satisfaction concept,a new approach to it is presented,which uses genetic annealing algorithm and balances the satisfactions of both power supplier and consumer.
