变电站电压无功模糊控制系统的研究

摘要:
引入模糊逻辑控制理论和技术,改进了传统的电压无功控制方法--九区图法,将九区图的分区与输入变量的模糊语言变量相结合,根据变电站的运行状态,确定解耦控制手段或综合控制方式,由模糊控制算法得出控制策略,考虑到电压调整的平衡性和控制设备的可控冗余度,融入了可变反时限延迟时间的概念,并将短期负荷预测和实时模糊控制相结合,通过仿真分析,表明该控制算法在提高电压合格率和减小功率损耗等方面取得了满意结果。

Abstract:
The traditional vol/var control method, nine area control method, is enhanced by introducing fuzzy control theory and technology. Based on the operating status of substation and the combination of the position variable on nine area chart with the fuzzy input variables, the decoupling or comprehensive control way is decided. Then the control strategy is obtained from the fuzzy control algorithm. On considering the voltage adjustment stability and device controllable margin, the concept of variable inverse time delay is introduced. The short term load forecasting is combined with the real time fuzzy control. By simulation, it shows that the control algorithm results in improving voltage quality and decreasing power loss.
