网络环境下面向任务驱动的并行设计技术

摘要:
为了适应多品种,小批量,制造过程离散,生产周期短的新格局,在分析设计任务构成模型的基础上,探讨了面向任务驱动的并行设计系统的体系结构和信息集成方法,通过对基于网络环境的协同设计的概念和技术分析,提出了基于网络环境的装配工艺流程的集成化CAD/CAPP并行设计思想,最后对开发的原型系统及总体方案进行了归纳和总结,原型系统及开发的软件已通过企业的考核和现场测试,表明这种新的产品设计模式具有很大的实有性。

Abstract:
In order to adapt to the new production style of multi variety, small scale, separated manufacturing process and short period, the system structure and information integration method of the assignment drive oriented concurrent design system are studied. It is based on the analysis of the constitution model of design assignment. By analyzing the concept and technique of coordination design under network environment, the concurrent design concept for assembly process is proposed, which integrates CAD and CAPP. The developed prototype system and general outline are summarized. The prototype system with its software have been checked up and tested in the enterprise. The new product design model has great applicability.
