超高压输电线路新型单端超高速保护研究

提出了一种基于小波框架理论的新型暂态量保护原理,利用单端暂态民汉的能量突变,检测故障发生作为保护的启动元件,利用一个时间段内不同频率分量的衰减程度来区分区内和区外故障,大大提高了暂态量保护的可靠性;为了解电压接近零点故障时灵敏度下降问题,利用暂态电流信号奇异点(突变点)的奇异性不同作为区分区内、区外故障的辅助判据。使得保护动作速度和可靠性都有很大提高。

A Novel Ultra-High Speed Non-Unit Protection for EHV Transmission Line
Abstract:
Based on wavelet frame theory, a new principle of transient protection is proposed, which applies the energy mutation of non unit transient current to detect the occurrence of fault as the actuating component of protection. By using the energy descent rates of different frequencies during a certain period to distinguish internal and external faults, the transient protection reliability increases. In order to solve the low sensitivity problem for the fault occurred when voltage approaches zero, the lipschiz degree at singularity point is used as an additional criterion to distiinguish internal and external faults, and the protection speed and reliability are improved.
