摘要:
对电力系统监控及远动技术应用进行了综述,认为分层分布式开放型综合控制系统是监控及远动技术发展方向,统一站内通信标准及远动传输规约标准是监控及远动系统朝着这一方向发展的重要步骤,同时也是变电站自动化技术发展到一个新阶段的重要标志。对北京哈德威四方保护与控制设备有限公司开发成功的CSM300系列综合控制主站作了简要介绍。

Abstract:
Based on summarizing the applications of monitoring and remote control technology for electric power system,it is concluded that the layered,distributed and open comprehensive control system is the development direction of monitoring and remote control technology.The unification of communication standard and remote control protocol in substation is an important step of it.At the same time,it is also an important milestone for the development of substation automation technology.A brief introduction of CSM300 series integrated master station is presented,which is successfully developed by Hathaway Sifang Protection and Control Co.,Ltd.
