开关场设备操作连锁方案比较

摘要:
在变电站工程应用实践中,命令中继式,独立机械闭锁式、电气闭锁式设备连锁方案都有应用,这3种方案各有优缺点,命令中继式方案以8TK为代表,WQYF-IV(A)型为4独立机械闭锁式,CSC2000系统中的网络防误方案为电气闭锁式。经过比较发现,命令中继式设备连锁可靠性高,但结线复杂。独立机械闭锁式简单,但操作效率较低;电气闭锁式的原理较新颖,兼具可靠和结线简单的特点,但还需要进一步完善,在各种场合下应当选择不同的设备连锁系统。

Abstract:
In substation engineering projects, the equipment interlocking solutions of command auto repeat, mechanical block and electrical block all have wide applications. Each has advantages and disadvantages. System 8 TK,WYF?IV(A) and the network solution in CSC 2000 are their typical examples correspondingly. Compared with each other,the command auto repeat based interlocking system is more reliable but its wiring is very complex; the mechanical block based interlocking system is simpler but its operating efficiency is lower; the electrical block based interlocking system is both simple and reliable with newer principle but needs improved. The proper solutions should be selected for different applications.
