汽轮发电机在线故障诊断中的数据预处理

摘要:
对于一个基于知识处理的在线故障诊断系统,故障先兆的准确提取是系统进行合理诊断的前提条件。首先介绍一个已投入运行的汽轮发电机在线故障诊断专家系统的总体结构和诊断数据流程,然后重点介绍其中以先兆提取为主要功能的数据预处理及其各模块的实现,系统根据诊断需要的所有监测量来源及特点,对其分类进行处理,同时,为了方便预处理子系统的维护,特别地设置了数据管理的功能。

Abstract:
Proper extraction of fault symptom is the prerequisite to reasonable diagnosis for an on-line fault diagnosis system of turbogenerators, which is based on knowledge processing. The general scheme and data flow of an on-line fault diagnosis expert system are described, which has been put into use in power plant. Then the data pre-processing subsystem and the realization of its modules, whose main function is to extract fault symptom, are emphatically introduced. According to their source and features, it classifies all data needed for diagnosis. At the same time, the function of data management is established to facilitate its maintenance.
