农村配电网中新型微机重合控制器研制

摘要:
研究一种以16位微控制器87C196KC和CPLD器件为主构成的农村配电网中新型“智能断路器”的核心控制部件-微机重合控制器,介绍其参数,在线检测原理,硬件组成,交流采样算法及现场应用。实现了农村变电站改造与建设中曾长期认为非此即彼,互相矛盾的户外自动重合器与户内综合自动化2个方案的安全统一,并能将现已投运或正在生产的大量真空,六氟化硫断路器通过与微机重合控制器配合而轻易地改造成自动重合器或“智能断路器”。

Abstract:
MRC(Microprocessor-based Recloser Controller),the key component of an intelligent breaker for rural power distribution network is researched,which is mainly composed of 16?bit MCU and CPLD.The principle of on-line parameter detection,AC sampling algorithm and its HW structure and site applications are introduced. It realizes the complete unification of outdoor automatic recloser and indoor integrated automation, before they were considered conflicting with each other in the rebuilding and construction of rural substation.Combined with MRC,the vacuum and SF6 breakers can be easily reformed into automatic reclosers or intelligent breakers.
