| It is important to analyze the cost and benefit for each member involved in actualizing the demand side management.It is to find out a plan,in which the benefit cost ratio of each member will be great than or equal to one.The benefit distribution among the involved members is the most important factor for the successful actualization of demand side management.With the power efficiency plan in American California public utility company as an example,the cost benefit analysis is clearly explained. |
