基于短时李氏指数的电能质量扰动检测仿真研究

摘要:
随着微处理和电力电子等智能器件越来越多地在工业过程控制中的应用,电能质量扰动问题已成为近年来各方面关注的焦点,对电能质量进行有效地分析和检测不仅必要而且十分迫切。为此提出用短时李氏指数检测电能质量扰动的方法。该方法利用电能质量扰动存在时电压信号的短时李氏指数会突变这一特性,对电能质量扰动进行检测,即根据所计算的短时李氏指数,判断电能质量扰动是否存在,以及确定其发生和恢复时刻,给出了短时李氏指数的计算方法,以及检测算法。仿真结果表明,该方法具有简单快捷的特点,能准确有效地检测到电能质量扰动,并能精确地确定电能质量扰动的发生,恢复时刻。

Abstract:
With the wide application of microprocessor and power electronic devices in industry process control,the power quality disturbance becomes more concerned.It is very necessary and urgent to effectively analyze and detect the power quality disturbance.Therefore,and approach to the detection of power quality disturbance using short duration Lipschitz exponent is presented.When the power quality disturbance occurs the short duration Lipschitz exponent of the voltage signal changes suddenly.With it the power quality disturbance can be detected,and its occurrence time and recovering time determined.Its computation and detection algorithms are given.The simulation results verify that the approach can detect the power quality disturbance accurately with its occurrence time and recovering time,and it is simple and fast.
