继电保护及安全自动装置的反事故技术措施

摘要:
根据国家电力公司(防止电力生产重大事故的二十五项重点要求),结合江苏电网实际情况制定了继电保护及安全自动装置具体反事故技术措施,从防止电气误操作事故,防止发电机损坏事故、防止继电保护事故、防止系统稳定破坏事故、防止大型变压器损坏事故、防止接地网事故、防止枢纽变电所全停事故、防止全厂停电事故8个方面进行了论述和规定。配合要求认真贯彻,确保电力安全生产。

Abstract:
According to the"Twenty-five key requirements to prevent serious accident and failure in electric power operation"issued by State Power Company and combined with the operating conditions of Jiangsu power network,th e"Technical countermeasures against accidents of relay protection and secure automechanism"is compiled.Eight aspects are expounded and regulated,they are electrical misoperation,generator damage,relay protection incident ,system stability collapse,power transformer damage,ground net failure,important substation outage and power plant outage.It is used to cooperate with the requirements to ensure the secure electric power operation.
