| Abstract: |
| Direct digital synthesis is the third frequency synthesis technique after direct synthesis and indirect synthesis. It is widely used in electronic systems because of its special advantages. AD9832 is a new type of direct digital synthesizer produced by Analog Devices Inc. of America. It has high converting speed, pure spectrum and high integration, and is a flexible and enhanced chip. The principle of direct digital synthesizer of AD9832 is introduced. The pin functions and its application in high frequency measuring instrument are also discussed. |
