大容量发电机定子接地保护改造过程的分析

摘要:
对广东某电厂发电机的100%定子接地保护改造情况进行了讨论分析,要改造的发电机是进口的,且容量大,运行时三次谐波电压很小,原改造方案中保护装置采用美国生产的SEL-300G,但它的三次谐波电压整定值范围小并且只有1个电压调整系统。在发电机小负荷时SEL-300G没有保护功能,无法实现真正的100%定子接地保护,不能满足保护规程的要求,国电南京自动化股份有限公司生产的WFBZ-01装置的三次谐波电压整定值范围大并且有3个电压调整系数,经现场测试该装置满足保护要求。

Abstract:
The reconstruction of100%stator grounding protection for the generator of a power plant is discussed.The large capacity generator reconstructed is imported and its3rd harmonic voltage is low.The original scheme adopted US's SEL-300G protective relay and it has narrow voltage setting range and only one adjustable coefficient .Under low load conditions,SEL-300G could not meet the requirements of protection regulations to realize100%stator grounding protection.WFBZ-01protection produced by NAEF has broad voltage setting range and three adjustable coefficients.Site test shows that the later fully meets the demands of protection.
