动态无功无级柔性补偿控制系统的研究

摘要:
针对目前低压配电系统中的“过补”、“欠补”和投切振荡等问题,介绍了利用可控并联电容器实现无功无级柔性补偿的控制系统,从而实现对低压配电系统的无级柔性补偿,且控制准确,可靠性高,并可实现对系统轻负载时进行补偿,使功率因数达到最佳控制,降低电源损耗,达到环保和柔性控制,对有级电容的投切采用无触点电子开关,可解决因机械触点经多次投切后会老化的问题,系统不仅可实现三相对称负荷的无级柔性补偿,而且在一定范围内对不对称三相负荷实现性平衡补偿,补偿系统电流基本上无电力谐波进入电网。

Abstract:
A continuous flexible control system of reactive power compensation with controllable parallel capacitors is introduced for LV power distribution system,aiming at the recent problems of over-and under-compensation.It has high control accuracy and reliability.The system works well at un der-load conditions,achieves the best control point of power factor,lowers power co nsump tion and realizes green and flexible control in reactive power compensation.The electronic switching tech nology is used to avoid the aging problem of mechanical contacts.The system can realize not only the con tin uous flexible compensation for tri-phase symmetric load,but also the balanced flex ible com-pen sa tion for tri-phase dissymmetric load in a certain range.There is hardly harmonic cur rent en tering power network.
