基于ISP技术的自动测试系统测控接口设计

摘要:
采用系统可编程(ISP)技术,将测控接口复杂的逻辑电路划分为地址选择及译码、数据选择及输出锁存、输入/输出及中断控制,可编程计数器,调试信号模拟等功能模块。在ispDesign Expert平台下,采用自上而下的设计方法,分别利用原理图和VHDI语言描述电路结构和各功能模块的逻辑,在一片ispLSI3320上实现了整个测控接口的逻辑功能,不仅使测试系统集成度和可靠性提高,而且具有调节信号仿真功能,使系统的设计和调试过程简化。

Abstract:
With the ISP(In System Programmable)technique,the complicated logic circuits of the test and control interface are divided into function modules of the address choosing and encoding,the data choosing and output latching,the input /output and interrupt control,the programmable counters,the debugging signal simulator,etc.Applying Top-Down method on ispDesign Expert plat-form,the circuit construction and module logic are described by schematic illustration and VHDL language respectively.All logic functions of the interface are implemented in a single ISP chip-- - ispLSI3320,which makes the integration degree and reliability of the system higher.The debugging signal simulator simplifies the design and debugging procedures of the interface.
