优化无功补偿降低电能损耗的方法与途径

根据本地区配电网的具体特点是提出应优先提高无功补偿度来降低损耗,并做好无功功率的分层,分区和就地平衡,减小因无功潮流引起的线损,从工程实际出发,通过计算比较了10KV侧杆上集中补偿与低压侧分散补偿的降损效果。分析实际的工程设计中需注意的事项,从投资,维护,使用效果等方面综合考虑了补偿电容的安装方式,对公用变压器数量多又相对集中,功率因数较低的配电长线路上,在负荷侧安装10KV杆上电容器是适宜的,其经济效益较好,但对于新建,公用配变较为分散的配电线路(如效区电网,农村电网)适宜采用低压侧分散补偿,其降损效果最佳。

Abstract:
It is proposed that to bring up the reactive power compensation degree should be con-sidered first for reducing the line loss in local distribution network.Measures for layering,zoning and balancing the reactive power should be taken at the same time.With an engineering practice,the loss decrease resulted from dense power back off at10kV side and that resulted from dispersed power back off at low voltage side are calculated and compared.The setup modes of compen-sating capacitors are analyzed in terms of investment ,maintenance,effect,etc.In the places where the public transformers are relatively concentrated and the long feeder has relatively low power factor,it is preferable to install the capacitor on the10kV electric pole at load side with better economic effect.While in some newly-built distribution networks,e.g.networks in suburbs and rural areas,whitch have separate d public transformers and distributed feeders,it is more perferable to set up the low voltage dispersed compensators.
