电力市场条件下无功发电成本研究

摘要:
无功功率服务是电力市场辅助服务的一个重要组成部分,对发电厂的无功生产成本进行了探讨。以有功和无功功率生产总成本最小为目标函数,该目标函数是在已知发电厂总的负荷需求和满足各发电机组的有功、无功发电功率极限约束条件下,使发电总成本最低。求解采用最小二乘角的广义逆法、该方法能求解无约束条件下的优化问题。求解过程是先将目标函数和等式约束条件化为受等式约束的拉格朗日函数,再调用该算法和对不等式约束条件进行处理。方法简单可行,计算结果符合生产实际,研究结果发明发电厂的无功服务应得到一定的经济补偿,使其自觉地维持电力系统的安全和稳定运行。

Abstract:
Reactive power support is an important part of the ancillary services in power markets.The cost of reactive power production in power plants is discussed.It takes the total cost of active and reactive power production as the objective function,which is subjected to the required total load and the active and reactive power output limits of each unit.The minimal quadratic equation generalized reciprocal method is applied to derive the optimal solution under no restrains.The objective function and equation conditions are converted into Lagrange function without restrains firstly.which is then used to deal with other inequation conditions.The method is simple and practicable,and the results conform to the production activity.The study shows that the reactive power service provided by power plant should be compensated for the safe and stable operation of power system.
