| 介绍了湖北省宝塔河变电站RTU遥控误动事故的经过，对发生事故的原因进行了分析，提出了在无人值守变电站实现遥控功能时，RTU应用遥控板外的校核方式，遥控电源与遥信电源分离，通道采用防雷放电器等技术措施。 |

| Abstract: |
| A remote control accident in Baotahe substation of Hubei province is introduced.After a thorough accident analysis, it is suggested that when remote control function is implemented in unmanned substation, following measures should be taken.The signal for control feed back check should not come from the same control card, the power for remote control and that for telemetering should be separated,the discharger against lightening should be adopted for communication channels,etc. |
