配电变压器烧毁原因的分析

摘要:
针对配电变压器烧毁原因的复杂性,重点提出了过电压、过负荷、人为损坏原因烧毁配电变压器问题,并根据烧毁变压器的特征进行了分析。提出了配电变压器在安装时应使用专用的工具,选用可靠的配件,安装时应接触良好,变压器投入使用后应加强检查维护工作,定期检查三相电流是否平衡,是否过载,清理变器套管表面污垢,按技术规范进行检测,及早发现问题、消除隐患。

Abstract:
Among the complex causes of transformer burn out, the overvoltage, overcurrent and manual damage are emphasized and their characteristics are analyzed. It is suggested that: the special tools should be used in its installation, the suitable components should be applied and the connection should be reliable. The maintenance work should be paid great attention after its installation: periodically check the normality and balance of the three phase currents and clear the dirt on the bushing surfaces. The inspection should be carried out according to the technical regulations to find out and remove the hidden troubles.
