| 电力企业管理的目的是提高企业效率和竞争能力，为此需要先进的管理信息系统辅助企业管理。提出企业自动化信息管理的实质就是用工作流技术协调控制各管理过程。文中从介绍工作流的概念入手，分析了工作流的本质、分类及工作流实现的几种模式。在此基础上，针对电力企业特点，介绍了工作流在电力企业管理中的应用。最后对电力企业管理中的典型工作流进行了详细分析。对企业信息化管理有一定的指导意义。 |

| Management Information System(MIS) is applied to improve the efficiency and competitive ability of an enterprise.To coordinate and control the management processes with workflow technology is the core of MIS.The concept of workflow technique is introduced,and the essence,classification and implementation modes of workflow are disussed.Based on that,its application in MIS of electric power enterprise is presented.A typical workflow of electric power enterprise management is analyzed in detail. |
