| 摘要: |
| 研制了为各种柜（箱）式电气设备提供适宜的温湿度运行环境的保护型电器-温度凝露控制器，其功能完备、控制准确、性能稳定可靠。该控制器由主控制电路、传感器和负载三部分组成。传感器与控制器主机分开，控制器主机采用基座位插式。工作原理是：当环境温度低于设定的低温值时，控制器自动启控，接通负载电源加热；当环境温度高于设定的高温值时，控制器复位，断开负载电源。当环境湿度达到凝露时，控制器自动启控，接通负载电源驱潮。当负载回路断线或微继电器触点粘连时，相应的报警二极管发光指示。 |

| Abstract: |
| A temperature and dewing controller is developed,which provides suitable temperature and humidity for various cabinet and box type electrical equipment.It has perfect functions with accurate control and stable performance. It consists of main control circuit,sensor and heater.The sensor is separated from the main part of the controller,and the controller has a pull insert style base.Its working principle is that,when the environmental temperature is lower than the preset low temperature,the controller turns the heater on, when the environmental temperature is higher than the preset high temperature,the controller turns the heater off; when the environmental humidity reaches the dew point, the controller turns the heater on to disperse the moisture; when the heater circuit is broken or the contacts of the micro relay adhere,the corresponding LED shines. |
