| 防窃电是电力供应部门的一项重要工作内容。针对一些不法分子钻电力安装、管理上的空子，故意改变电能表计量回路的相位、电压、电流的接线方式，改变电能表本身的结构、性能，大肆进行窃电这一情况，从表计及电路的原理上进行了分析，指出了防止发生这些窃电情况应采取的措施，为安装人员及供电管理部门的反窃电提供了有益的指导。 |

| Prevention of electricity filching is one of the important tasks of power supply department.The four commonly used filching means by changing current,voltage,phase and connection are analyzed in principle.It gives guidance to installation personnel in fighting against electricity filching at kilowatt hour meter. |
