DTS-SOTS实时通信接口的设计与实现

摘要:
设计开发了基于TC/IP协议的DTS-SOTS实时通信接口,该接口将分布在网络中不同节点上的DTS和SOTS联系起来,形成了一个电网仿真和变电站仿真有机结合的一体化系统。通过该接口,能够进行动态数据的交换并保证2个系统在各种工作情况下的同步协调动作。在这种DTS与SOTS配合的联合仿真模式下,既可以对调度员和变电站操作员进行分别培训,也可进行调度员与变电站操作员协作的联合反事故演习,仿真与培训功能大大增强。在佛山地区实际系统中的应用证明其具有良好的性能与较高的实用价值。

Abstract:
A real time communication interface between DTS and SOTS based on TCP/IP protocol is designed and implemented. The DTSs and SOTSs on different nodes of a network are interconnected together by the interfaces, and a new and powerful cooperative simulator is formed. Via it, the dynamic data can be exchanged and the cooperative operation of two systems under different working conditions is guaranteed. Under the cooperative simulation mode, the dispatcher and operator can be trained separately and together. The training and simulation functions are greatly enhanced. This interface has been applied in the power system simulator of Foshan city, and is proved to be applicable and powerful.
