电能量计量计费系统的窃电检测

介绍了三种用于电能量计量计费系统的窃电检测方法:事件检测、单表阀值逻辑检测和多表阀值检测。事件检测是通过检测相关的事件信息判断是否有窃电发生;单表阀值逻辑检测是检测单个电度表上的相电压、相电流、功率因数是否越限或判断电量增值是否符合自身的规律确定是否有窃电发生;多表阀值检测是通过从多个电度表上获得的数据计算并检测母线平衡率、线损、网损是否越限检测是否有窃电发生。稽查工作人员可根据提示信息到有关现场去核实。

Abstract:
Three methods used in electric energy measuring and billing system against electricity filching are put forward, they are event detection, single meter threshold logic detection and multi meter threshold detection. Event detection checks the information of special events. Single meter threshold logic detection checks if the phase voltage, phase current or power factor acquired from one electric meter violates the limits, or if the energy consumption increment follows its own regulation. Base on the data acquired from several electric meters, multi meter threshold detection calculates if the bus equilibrium rate, line loss or net loss violates the limits. The inspectors confirm the electricity filching on spot according to this information.
