| 分析了地区电网运行，阐明了随着电网规模的不断扩大，稳定性问题日益突出。着重对地区电网的静态稳定和暂态稳定性分析要点及计算数学模型进行研究，指出其与大型输电网的不同之间处，并针对地区电网存在的稳定问题及如何提高电网稳定运行水平提出了相应的对策。同时针对稳定运行问题对地区电网运行方式提出了具体的要求。 |

| Abstract: |
| The urban power system operation is analyzed and the stability problem along with its ongoing expansion is clarified. The analytical points of the static and transient stability and the mathematical models of urban power system are emphasized. The difference between large system and urban system is pointed out, and regarding to the stability problem, the measures are proposed to increase its stability. At the same time, the detailed request for the stable operation of urban power system is proposed. |
