新型并联电容器组微机保护

摘要:
根据变电站自动化系统对并联电容器组保护的新要求,弥补现有保护装置的不足,研究了新的保护测控一体化的并联电容器组微机保护,通过测量记录相关的特征量,能自主评估电容器,断路器及装置本身的状态,做出状态检修决策,通过设置操作权限和检测相关信号,可以实现部分的防误操作功能,对串联限流电抗器也可起到一定的保护作用,现场运行证明,该装置运行可靠,并能配合自动化系统完成测量,控制和设备的管理维护功能。

Abstract:
An advanced protection for shunting capacitors is designed to meet the new requirement of substation automation and to overcome the shortages of current protections, which integrates the protection, measuring and monitoring functions together. By measuring and recording the relevant characteristic variables, the states of capacitors, breakers and equipment are self-evaluated, and the conditional maintenance decision is made. By priority setting and relevant signal testing, partial maloperation-proof function and serial current-limiting-reactor protection are realized. The site operation proves that the equipment is reliable and capable of carrying out the measuring, control and device management and maintenance functions together with automation system.
