虚拟仪器中基于MAX197的智能卡研制

讨论了一款供虚拟仪器开发使用,基于MAX197的智能ISA插卡的研发。该智能卡具有8路模拟量输入通道,8路开关量输入,8路开关量输出,采样率达100kSPS,分辨率为12位,在板CPU为高性能单片机80C320,可根据用户需求完成复杂的测量控制任务,很适合电力系统的测控自动化需求,此卡采用ISA系统总线作为PC机接口电路,功能完善,使用方便。此卡在虚拟数字示波器及电力系统数字距离保护中已成功运用,以RTDS(Real Time Digital Simulate)标定后的测量误差最大值为0.77%。

Abstract:
A MAX197-based intelligent ISA card is developed for virtual instruments (VI). There are 8 analog input channels, 8 binary input channels and 8 binary output channels on the card. The sampling rate is up to 100 kSPS with 12-bit resolution. The on-board CPU is enhanced 80C320, which can implement complicated measuring and control tasks as desire and is suitable to the measuring and control automation demands of power system. The intelligent card adopts ISA bus to interface with the industrial PC and is easy in use with complete functions. It has been successfully applied in the virtual digital oscilloscope and the digital distance protection of power system. The maximum measuring error with RTDS is 0.77%.
