摘要: |
针对近年世界上出现的几次大面积停电事故说明单纯依靠强壮的电网结构不足以维护电力系统的稳定,而且电力市场的推行也对稳定控制提出了更高的要求。力图从新的视角并结合我国电力系统的实际情况对稳定控制的体系进行研究。分析了继电保护和稳定控制的现状,指出二者应该一体化。重点研究了一体化的必要性和可能性,并给出了实现方案。 |

Abstract: |
Nowadays several whopping power failures in the world shows that it is impossible to keep the stability of power system only by the robust transmission network.In addition,more problems about stable control appear in deregulated power market.Considering the real conditions of China power system,the stability control system is researched and the current state of protective relay and stability control is analyzed.It is pointed out that these two should be combined.The necessity and feasibility of the combination are studied.Three implementation schemes are given:dynamic modification of protection settings,taking protection as part of stability control system,constituting the stability control system with protection concept. |
